To return a product, please contact us through hello@rozeamelie.com

Purchases can be returned up to 14 days after the purchase was received.

We kindly request that all purchases are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

Roze Amélie is not responsible for the loss of any returned purchases in the mail or at customs.  

After we have received the purchases please allow 1-7 business days for the refund, without shipping costs. Shipping costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer.

Roze Amélie will not accept returns of any purchases that have been used, damaged or altered.

Roze Amélie reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedure.

Exchanges

For the exchange of a purchase, please contact us through hello@rozeamelie.com

Purchases can be exchanged up to 14 days after the purchase was received. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please clearly indicate the product you would like to order instead. If there is a price differential, we will either credit or refund your account with the relevant the amount.

If you would like to cancel your purchase before being shipped you may do so free of charge. Please e-mail us through hello@rozeamelie.com at your earliest convenience. Once shipped, purchases can only be returned through the procedure described above.
